Return & Refund Policy
We appreciate your customer loyalty and will make sure we do whatever we can to make your experience a great one. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding restocking and shipping costs*). Please ensure your product is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact. If the returned item looks used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. Please note, that the return must be dropped off at the carrier within the 30-day period in order to be refunded.
How to Request a Return
To start a return for your product, contact After-sales service representatives in one of 3 ways (Livechat, email, call). We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will submit your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, subject to the return policy requirements. Your refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit it.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
